Advisor don't work correctly in version database 12

Hello gurus,

I am trying to understand my problem of performance of a query that I join you.

I am version database EE 12.1.0.2.

I use the advisor of oracle then

  Oracle advisor advise me to create 3 indexes therefore I created them

1 - sqlid : 141m8ntzmjnfd with :

3 - i have generated a report of advice of advisor

   I join you the report: and the report advice me to create 3 index and maybe improve the response time of 82% :

   i have created the 3 advices it but the response is not better.

i would like understand why when I created the 3 indexes my performance were egal.
