Switching benefit plans

Hello,

If I need all 300 employees currently in a given plan to be terminated from that plan and to be enrolled immediately in a different plan, is there a way I can automate a batch process using a specific version along with corresponding Enrollment Parameters?

In other words, the condition to enroll employees in a new plan is that they are currently enrolled in another plan. Once I would have done that switch in batch if at all possible, then I would tailor my Enrollment parameters so that I can run another version of Batch Enrollment that would terminate all employees from the former plan.
