Cannot modify "Select by domain name" list in Fusion Client wizard, rpas 16.0.3.52

We are currently using rpas version 16.0.3.52 and we noticed some differences regarding fusion client.

In the first step of the wizard, "Select the domain for this new workbook",  we want to be able to remove one of the available options in "Select by Domain Name". (wizard1.png)

In previous versions of rpas we could do that by using "prodsecurityall" measure. In this version we were able to achieve this only for the second option, "Select by Domain". (wizard2.png)

Has anyone else faced a similar problem? Did something change in the new version 16.0.3?
