P41061 Quantity Breaks

I see there is an issue in 8.12 and 9.0 where if the quantity break (UORG) field in the F41061 is blank, an incorrect price may be returned during order entry.

BUG:13404323 - SUPPLIER CATALOGUE MAINTENANCE - SAR: 8946256

We have not experienced this, but want to confirm this has been "fixed" in 9.2.
