Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Bursting a report too quick in Oracle EBS 12.1.3

Hi All,

I developed a XML report via BI Publish Desktop for Oracle EBS, the running time to generate the report is depending on an input value.

1. developed/uploaded a rtf template

2. uploaded a data template with afterReport trigger at the end, the trigger calls a DB package to launch bursting - XDOBURSTREP

3. uploaded a busting xml

4. create a concurrent request in EBS

When run the concurrent request and the report output is small, it can be bursted successfully via email.

but when the report output getting larger, the bursting runs and completed with error - could not find the report output.
