Outliers and Events in RDF

Hello,

A question on outliers and events in RDF.

Shouldn't Events be considered when marking the week as Outlier?

In v15, the Calculated Outlier Indicator is calculated as TRUE if the Sales > (ROS * Outlier Factor) AND the item/loc/week is not on Promotion.

Shouldn't it be Sales > (ROS * Outlier Factor)  AND item/loc/week is not on Promotion AND item/loc/week is not on Event?
