Extending the Lease to new term

Hi Team,  

     We had created a lease from Jan 2018 to dec 2018 and a payment term from  jan 2018 to Dec 2018. Now we need to extend the lease till Dec 2019 with the same lease number. We are tring to extend the lease using Amend. But we are faceing an issue.Attached the screenshot.How to do this functionality ?.Even in User guide there is no step by step process. I had attached the screen shop of it.Please guide us.
