RetroPay Enhanced: Global Value change does not flag employees on retro notifications report.

Hi,

I have added the following items to my retro pay events group, however the employees affected by the global value changed are not reflected on the Retro-Notifications Report (Enhanced) - PDF.  Any suggestions on what could be the problem?
