Flow MFG: How to create sequencing rules to get schedules by defined quantity

Hello everybody,

we have this situation

1: SO line has the qty  20

2. Shopfloor required to have all schedules by qty 2

3. current result form sequencer is 1 schedule with qty 20 or 20 schedules with qty 1 (based on "Combine Schedule" value)

4. expected result is 10 schedules each with qty 2

I didn't find how to set constraints to get that result.
