New MOBJ / CEC Document Regarding Missing Paperclip Icon for CEC Attachments

In TR 9.2.1x, the paperclip icon is missing in the grid, after opening attachment manager. This issue only occurs to Oracle Content and Experience Cloud (CEC) attachments.

Issue reported in Bug 27122276 - PAPER CLIP ICON IS NOT VISIBLE AFTER OPENING ATTACHMENT MANAGER. Track this bug for status updates.
