Problem While Reloading Multiple Gift Cards

Hi,

This is regarding oracle micros xstore v16, where I am facing problem while reloading two or more than two Gift Cards in a single transaction.

Scenario :

1.Log into register

2.Add an item

3.Select F6 "Sell non-merch"

4.Select option 3 "Reload Gift Card"

5.Select "Key In" and enter 16 digit gift card card number (must already be an active )

6.Enter desired amount loaded + "Enter"

7.Repeat steps 2-5 on the same transaction

Results - When trying to reload same gift card error message appears - "Invalid Gift Card number entered. This Gift Card was already issued".

Question : Is it restricted in V16, to reload or activate multiple Gift cards in same transaction ?
