ORA-04020: deadlock detected while trying to lock object GET_MESSAGE_TYPE During IMPDP

IMPDP is getting hanged when it reaches to processing packages stage,

IMPDP DIRECTORY=DATA_PUMP_DIR   DUMPFILE=ADPPRD_28.DMP LOGFILE=ADPPRD_28.LOG
