Requisition Self-Service Approval Emails Failing

Hello,

We use Requisition Self-Service (RSS) where workflow email approval messages are sent based on the Distribution List configured in the Approval Authority application (P43E09A). We implemented this module in Sept 2014 and have had no issues with emails being sent until now.

The emails to approvers started to fail in October. The error we see is "InvalidRecipientsException" error. No changes have been made to the RSS setup. We use MS Exchange/Office 365 and it appears an update may have caused the issue.

We believe the issue is Exchange is now validating all recipients. The Group Distribution List in the To: is generated from Approval Authority Distribution List and is not set-up in our MS Exchange (structured like "Group_Distribution_List_
