ORA-06598 Insufficient inherit privileges

Hello Expert,

Please guide me that, After database upgrade to 12.1.0.2 , when i run create accounting program to transfer to GL from AR, i am getting following error.

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_transfer_pkg.gl_interface_insert. ORA-06598: insufficient INHERIT PRIVILEGES privilege.

Please help me to solve this.
