DISA - WhatWorkflows to Activate to create the Activity/Attachment in Siebel IP 2016 (Patch 14)

Hi All,

We are in the process of enable the F9 functionality in Siebel to send the email through MS Outlook.

So, I have installed the DISA (2.18.7) and configured.

I am able to send the email using MS outlook and activity is creating in Siebel for that Account with Queued Status.

We have 2 Issues:

1. Activity is creating with Queued Status, not as Done.

2. Email Sent is not creating as an Attachment to this Activity.

I think, I have missed to activate some workflows. In DISA bookshelf pdf, we don't have any documentation on what workflows to activate.

Please help me in resolving the this issue.
