P31113 -Work Order Inventory Issues -Allow to issue quantity grater than order (BOM)

Hello,

We are on platform E1 9.1.4 , using application P31113 , in processing option at tab Edit - #5. Negative Quantity on Hand  is set to 1 .

Here user is able to issue quantity grater than order quantity (structured in BOM) we require hard error (Red error) here , system should  not allow negative quantity (grater than BOM) , please suggest how it can be prevent.
