Shot is working for first few shortable columns only after patch IP 16.19

Hi,

We have applied patch IP16.19 on all environments.

Now we found that shot is working for first few shortable columns only even if it is shortable.

I moved same column to first place and it started working for same column which was earlier not working when it was at end of list applet.

This is the behavior for all list applets.

Need to know if its intended behavior and how to make shot available to all shortable columns.
