MMNL processes running High

MMNL processes are running high on a production linux server.  There are 6 databases on this server and 5 of which has queues enables.  These MMNL processes are hammering the server and users are struggling to work.

There are no locks and plenty of temp space.  How do I investigate why the MMNL processes are running high?
