Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Creation Date - Pn_Lease_Pub API

I am passing the lease creation date as lease execution date to Pn_Lease_Pub.Create_Lease. But the system is taking a default date as sysdate date.

Is this is Oracle standard Pn_Lease_Pub.Create_Lease API behaviour.
