Unable to generate Siebel BIP reports

Hi All,

I'm trying to generate Siebel BIP reports form Web client  or  try to upload file from Sitemap ->Administration - BI Publisher Reports -> Reports Standard Templates , getting an error " A connection cannot be made to the Oracle BI Publisher server.(SBL-RPT-50587)"

I'm able to generate reports earlier without issues , this issues is happening past two days.

Please find attached  Objectmanager and XMLPReportServer log file.

I will appreciate your help in resolving this issue.
