Desktop Integrator R12.2.7 Upload complains Missing or emply file

We are upgrading from R12.1.3 to R12.2.7 and WebADI is giving error below.  Couple documents suggests profile BNE_UIX_PHYSICAL_DIRECTORY need to configured which for R12.2 it should be reference with $BNE_TOP/**?  how to we resolve this issue if you anyone came across with this issue and found a solution or if you know the answer.
