With Siebel 18, how we map 1:1 call center URL to one app server ? separate profile?

For any OM, if we have to dedicate Siebel server/web server, then we create separate AI profile since AI profile we can assign the host?

Is it supported when other servers are load balanced?

What if we consider EAI OM, and we want to dedicate Siebel server and web server?i
