WO Status not Updated After Completion

Dear Expert,

In our process, after generate BOM the status in WO will be 20. After completion, the status will be updated to 45.

But, in some case there's some WO that not updated. The completion is done but status is still 20.

It make variance for item ledger and item as of too becausa the PC column in F4111 is still S. Not posted to journal before the status is 45.

Does anyone please explain to me why this case can happen?
