Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. PTO Sales order shipment issue

Hi ,

I have an issue with PTO shipment

There are 2 item at component in PTO item

line level it allows to ship any of the component and after shipment ,One of the line status and PTO item is in 'Closed' status.

Another one line (component) shows as 'awaiting shipping'

Did anyone face the issue , any thoughts to solve the issue?
