How do you get the Plug in for Word and Excel

I am trying to find the download for the plug in for Work and Excel and don't know which download to do?  Every download I've tried gives me BI Publisher Enterprise.  I am on Oracle 12.2 and need to create templates in Work and Excel.  Can anyone help me?
