Impact of adding additional languages

Hello,

I’m looking for advice. What are the impacts on functionality of turning on MLS in for the following Oracle R12.1.3 EBS modules..

Workflow / Sysadmin

Purchasing

Finance

Order Management

Manufacturing

Inventory

Here is the scenario. Does this impact any functionality in EBS modules?

1. Upgrading database to RDBMS 12. 

2. Switching Character Set to AL32UTF8 handle 17 languages. (Including Chinese) (Current NLS_CHARACTERSET UTF8)

3. Installing 15 additional languages.

Any thoughts?
