EBS R12.2.8 : Characterset change : patch 28315236:R12.TXK.C unavailable

Hi,

I am following the doc Globalization Guide for Oracle Applications Release 12 (Doc ID 393861.1) to  change characterset from US7ASCII to AL32UTF8.   As per the doc,

Apply EBS patches listed below, if they are applicable for your current release.

The following is required for the identified releases.

  • 28315236:R12.TXK.C (R12.2.8 and prior)

However , I am not able to find the above patch.    Please let me know, where to download this patch
