Automate Tax setup in iExpense

Is there an API or a way to automate this Tax setup in iExpense? We're always uploading 86 countries per each OU setup and it's taking some time to do this especially if you have multiple OUs per release and multiple instances to do the tests as well. Is it possible? Setup can be seen in the attached file.
