Local_XE error

Hi,

My Siebel local database Local_XE stopped working after installation of Oracle Client. So, I tested the ODBC connection(Local_XE), getting the error.

The setup routines for the Siebel Oracle90 ODBC driver could not be loaded due to system error code 126: The specified module could not be found. (c:\Siebel\16.0.0.0.0\Client\bin\seor827s.dll).
