OEMCC reporting error which aren't in database alert logs.

I've recently configured and setup cloud control on several Oracle 10gR2 database. Everything went well with the setup, the database was discovered in OEM and it's monitored accordingly.

However lately I've been receiving OEM alerts on 1 database, the alerts is for Open Cursor value exceeds. Weird thing is, I do not find such error when I go through that database's alert logs. Basically there's no ORA errors reported in alert logs, but OEM is triggering open cursor warning alerts. Seems to be a false alert to me. May I know how can I turn off such error?

My cloud control version is 13cR2.
