tranlogoptions HANDLEDLFAILOVER - is it valid for the downstream integrated extract?

The Goldengate documentation states, (Oracle) Valid for integrated Extract only.

The documentation does not state that, but I think HANDLEDLFAILOVER is not working for the downstream integrated extract...

Does anyone implemented Goldengate replication in a downstream mode for the source database protected by Data Guard;

or are You following that crazy MAA guide with DBFS and HA agent?
