How to get OR Transportation Tax into Box on W-2?

Hi,

We cannot see the new OR Transportation Tax (effective 7/1/18) on our W-2 Box 14. It was set up as Tax Type "G1" and is being withheld on the employee's wages (Gross less Excludable x .001) in the F06136.  What are we missing?   (is this Box 14 or 15?)  I have reviewed Doc ID 2388829.1 .... all is good there. We can see these taxes in the Tax History and on his/her paystub ... just not in the W-2 after the build.
