Defaulting contract into requisition

Hi,

We are on Peoplesoft 9.1. We recently setup a new BU and are noticing that related contracts are not automatically populating on requisition lines?

Per screenshot, as soon as we click the lookup button it shows the contract is available to select. Its just not showing up by default automatically.  The setup mirrors other BUs that work fine, so we are wondering what could be a potential cause.

Any help would be appreciated.
