Non-Std job completion without component issue

Hi,

Doing some job in non-std for internal maintenance activity which requires few components to be issued for the job. Also, there is no specific items for the job due to dynamic changes. The non-std job is allowing the completion without issuing any component. Is there any option to restrict this?
