Initiate Oracle SSHR request from Backend

Problem Description

We are in the process of adding Mobile application for all SSHr requests. For that we will be maintaining all AME, workflow and user hook validations in the Oracle HRMS DB. So for the process for starting a request we need to know the API used by Oracle SSHR to start a self service request, so that all the workflow and AME rules are followed.
