Data migration issue JDE Worldsoft A7.3 to A9.4

We are upgrading into WS A9.4, with few changes in CoA structure (updating Company NO., BU, Object Account and subsidiary) into new system. 

For example in Older version we have company 00101 but in new JDE we will have a new company 00501 and we will want to update/restructure the current CoA (F0901) structure.

Ideally opening balances have to be uploaded, but in our case since CoA would be changed and we have open items in AP and AR ledgers, how to deal with this ? 

  While we uploading the OLD data during data migration process(A7.3 to A9.4), so we want to change the some information like Company number, BU, Object Account and Subsidiary so would you please suggest how to do that data migrations with considering CoA restructuring?
