Data Pump expdp performance too slow

Hi guys,

Please assist .The expdp data pump process by which we backup our data before and after EOD is taking too long to complete. One dump file is 31GB. The process used to take 1hr 30 minutes for one backup. It now takes close to 4 hrs. No changes have been made to the database and there is more than enough space. Kindly assist.
