Not able to search the contracts in service contract search form

Hi,

We have a custom responsibility under Receivable application and added below function and sub-menu
Function - Launch Contracts
Sub Menu - OKS_CONTRACTS_ADMIN_R12
I am not sure what is the problem but its not able to search any contract on contract search form.
But when we create a responsibility under service contracts application it is working i.e when we search the contracts able to display.

Please suggest ,how to work under receivables application custom responsibility.
