webtools comp missing post IP17 migrate install

Hi Team,

Post migrate install from Siebel 8.1.1.10 to IP18.10. IRM is complete and application is up. But webtools comp is missing.

Followed the document "Siebel Troubleshooting: IP2017--Installation & Configuration Issues ( Doc ID 2472250.2 )

Section:

IP2017 Migration Installation Does Not Implement Web Tools Component".

Tried to manually create comp group and comp, but while running srvrcfg command it throws error:

SBL-CSO-09115: The run mode of SWToolsObjMgr_enu incorrect.

Error configuring Component:SWToolsObjMgr_enu

For detailed errors look in srvrcfg logs in the log directory

Strict Flag set to FALSE, continuing with the next Object...
