Issue with Oracle VM Server 4.6 on X86

in Oracle VM (OVM) (MOSC) Question

Dear Admins.. I have an issue with Oracle VM Server 4.6 on X86.  The installation is completed but unable to connect to network. The IP related stuff configured correctly (checked /etc/sysconfig/network-scripts). Even disabled firewall (iptables). Can some one help me to point out where exactly I am missing regarding the configuration of OVM Server. Thanks in advance for the help.
