Unable to View Request Output From Form Although File Exists in OS File System

I followed below document but no luck

Unable to View Request Output From Form Although File Exists in OS File System (Doc ID 1331328.1)

Troubleshooting the "Error Occurred While Attempting to Establish an Applications File Server Connection" (Doc ID 117012.1)

Issue:

All Concurrent
requests are getting completed successfully, we are able to see log and out
file at server $APPLCSF directory whereas we are not able to view the
outfile/logfile in the forms.

Error message:

When you click view
logfile/outfile we are getting error message:

“an error
occurred while attempting to establish an applications file server connection
with the node na2app001231sp: There may be a network configuration problem, or
