Getting Excess Wages on California "F" taxes in Nov & Dec '18 - why?

Hello,

We applied many ESUs in November (JDE9.0 / Tools 8.98.4.12) and now we are getting Excess Wages on California's State F taxes after we applied the ESU's.... ESU JL24764 seemed to be the biggie one and I am thinking something broke as a result. In researching, I saw BUG 28533865 for 9.1 having to do with incorrect Excess but I did not see a JDE 9.0 equivalent.

Anyone else experiencing this? any suggestions are greatly appreciated!
