Auditing one one table for just update

Hi, I went through couple of documents regarding auditing as we have to enable auditing on just one field for a single table F0411 (UPDATES only). From the documents, looks like when an auditing is enabled on a table for a specific field, both insert and updates will be audited. But we want to audit just updates to one field (not inserts or deletes).

Can I please get some advice if auditing can be enabled on a single table (for a single column for UPDATES ONLY).
