ZFS Appliance Problem Code Table - does one exist?

I am seeing a table of the problem codes for the ZFS appliances running code version 8.7.x. Messages via SNMP Trap MIB include statements like, " ProblemCode SMF-8000-YX"  Is there a table that shows all the codes? If there is one it would allow a quick automation to help monitoring tools fill in the gaps so the Traps become more human readable.
