VMA with landed cost

I was trying to vouchered a purchase order by running R4304010 process with 06 rule. My PO has a landed cost record associated to the same supplier.

Every time I have run R4304010 process I get the error "Match not found"  in R4304021

Does anyone have processed successfully a record with landed cost using VMA process?
