Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Changing check printer in R04572 not working?

Hello.

We print AP checks via R04572. However we have several versions of the UBE for specific internal companies.

The UBE of R04572 has a printer defined in RDA and this works as desired.

Our network guys are retiring the print server for the check printer and have defined another NTSVR server and named the printer the same.

We went into OMW and changed the printer in the RDA to be the new server/printer name and promoted to DV and PY.

When we print checks there is NO output, anywhere. It does not go to the new printer or anywhere else for that matter.
