Bar code is gone in non-production environment, but production is fine. how can be?

Our Pick slip has bar code.  It looks great in production.  But not in our cloned environment .  The bar code is gone and only show the *123456* instead of the bar code in cloned.  The cloned environment  just clone.  I checked the font mapping and font file are same in production and cloned environment under XML publisher > administration . 

How could it possible?  The cloned environment just clone ( rapid clone ).  The setup from xml Publisher should also be cloned too.  Is there any linux level setup ( like the font file must be existed in certain directory in Linux apps server )?  Does the font directory are harded code somewhere.  The only thing I can think of is that the Linux directory for oracle EBS are named different....
