add quarterly amendment

Hi,

When adding a quarterly payment term to an existing lease via an amendment, the interest amounts that are calculated seem not to be correct when compared to a similar payment that was added during initial lease abstraction.

The interest that is calculated after initial abstraction can be found in Regular Quarterly Payment.xlsx cells X62 t X97 (highlighted in green)

The interest that is calculated after an amendment can be found in Amendment Quarterly Payment.xlsx cells X267 to X302

As you can see, the interest schedule is quite different even though the two payment terms are basically the same.
