Package Build Error on Deployment Server

Logging in as user JDE to the Windows Client on the Deployment server, an error occurs when opening Package Build, or fastpath P9621. The error message is below.

Logging into a local client machine as the same user results in NO error. This is isolated to the Deployment server only.

Currently we are unable to use the Deployment server to perform a package build. Once OK is clicked on the error message, the client closes.

This began happening after installing the ESUs for Payroll Year-End into Production and a full package build and deploy. However, we verified no updates were made to P9621, and security seems fine in other Clients.
