There is some problem when I deploy oracle12.1.0.1 RAC on suse12sp3.

Two errors reported when I executing configuration scripts on node1 in installing grid infrastructure

1.Failed to start 'ohasd' service

2.ADVM/ACFS is not supported on this OS version: '4.4.73-5-default SP3'

Like following：

could someone answer my questions？

1.could oracle12.1.0.1 be installed on suse12sp3?

2.how to solve the two problems above?
